The hotel was very good. Everything was close to the terrace. The reception was very friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped for two people on the terrace, and there is a dishwasher and washing machine inside. If you don't have anything that you need, then you have to ask the staff to provide it for you, but be reminded that they may not have any knives. It would be good if you bring a knife with you because they may not have it. We asked for a knife, and they didn't have it, so if you need some crucial equipment, you have to ask for the knives. They are kind of cool, but it works. The soundproofing was very good; you couldn't hear outside, but sometimes at night, you could hear the fan starting and stopping. Other than that, the sound isolation is wonderful; you can't hear anything.

Staff - Friendly and helpful. Prior to our actual stay, they were very responsive via booking.com chat. Location - Easy to find and accessible (5 mins walking distance) to the trains/public transport. There are bakeries, fast food, restaurants and pubs along the same street. Not to forget, a Carefour right next door. Room - Spacious and huge for 2 pax. We were definitely comfortable during our stay. Balcony is great too! Managed to spot 3-4 nice stray cats passing by.

The location was great—just a short walk to the center with a long stretch of shops. Finding food was a breeze, which is super important since the hotel doesn't provide breakfast. If you want to cook or run groceries, next to the lobby, there's a Carefour. Our room was HUGE!!! My kids loved having all that space, and the balcony was a big hit too. But, they should probably mop the floor more often. Our feet turned black after walking around. Oh, and the lobby area was really cool!

Large apartment nicely decorated in the center of everything. It is a pity that some guests do not show respect to the effort needed to create and maintain such an apartment. A lot of money has been spent to make the apartment, but a few broken things (not easy to break) prove that people do not always behave accordingly. Not the property's fault.

The staff were really friendly, even when we arrived after midnight it was easy to check in. We enjoyed the terrace. It was in a very lively area so easy to get around but also soundproofed when we wanted to sleep.

Good location. Ample place to dine. Mini carrefour just next door. There are a few strays who would drop by the courtyard. As a cat lover, this unit is heaven for me. If you intend to book this unit pls do have some cats kibbles or treats on hand. Be kind to feed them please. The unit is clean. Only have 2 pillows, not sure if they would provide more as we didn't make the request. I would definitely return again.

Lovely apartment with all amenities and excellent location

I had explicitly set the availability of parking during the search. Turns out they don't have their own parking lot. They don't have enough decent beds. For 5 people there is one double bed and one person and a half. In the living room there was a sofa bed of disgusting quality. Broken and sunken baseboards and some funny semblance of a mattress. It is better to lie on the floor. Not enough sheets and duvets. The kitchen is huge, but there are not enough utensils. You have to go and pray constantly for something: "Give glasses, give forks, give sheets, give blankets. Hey, excuse me, don't you know that 5 people are arriving."

The apartment is large, modern and very tastefully decorated. Centrally located in Beyoglu, just minutes away from Istiklal Street and Galata Tower. Very close by is the Tunel funicular to take you down to Karakoy, even closer is the Sishane metro station and 15 minutes walk away is Taksim square and the metro there. It is air conditioned throughout but many times we had the airco off and it was still very comfortable, in July! the apartment must be very well insulated. There is an elevator, unusual in much of Istanbul's older areas.
