“Amazing staff, fantastic facilities , private underground parking”
After driving all the way from the UK and crossing the Turkish border, we headed straight to the Park Inn Istanbul. We were greeted by Muhammed, whose friendly and professional energy was exactly what we needed. He looked after us from the moment we arrived until we were settled, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout the hotel. We also want to give a special mention to Mahmut, who was a standout presence and clearly a key part of the team. He ensured everything was running perfectly and contributed to the high standard of service we received. All the staff are lovely and the hotel is beautifully clean. We are super happy and would highly recommend!

“Excellent stay”
Excellent in all aspects. Also location is very clever because you can skip driving in Istambul traffic and you can get Istambul downtown by 2 buses (121A and 15, and a ferry) in 50', paying a total of less than 5€, and enjoying a beautiful sightseeing tour of the Bosphorus. Large free of charge private parking

“A six night stay”
Very good hotel. Helpful staff and room was cleaned every day. Fitness centre available for guests and nice food served. Breakfast choice was excellent best I have ever seen

“CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, GOOD SENSE OF QUALITY”
My room was very spacious, very clean and quiet. I asked for a quiet room since some rooms face to a very busy street and the sound of traffic may be too much. Breakfast was nice. Hard to find a fault in general.

“Hotel has met my expectations.”
Room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. Room service were cleaning room everyday and making their best. It was very nice to find new still water bottles in the fridge every time. Meeting fruits were on the table (fresh grapes, plumps, apples...)
