The room i booked was big enough but also it meant to be big. The location is good The facility seem to be clean.

“Bad stay without internet connection and strange”

No internet connection and the price we paid is a lot for what we got! They placed a card with another name etc. Terrible check in took ages! The receptionist bombarded us with loyalty registeration etc. I said this is taking ages so please stop so he stopped after this!

I stayed at the Park Dedeman Bostancı for one night to be close to a series of meetings on the Asian side of Istanbul. The standout feature of the stay was definitely the bed – incredibly comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep. The room itself was a good size and very clean, with everything I needed for a short business stopover. On the plus side, the hotel staff were lovely and attentive. They did ask about my stay, and I shared this feedback with them directly. In summary, Park Dedeman Bostancı is a clean, well-priced hotel in a convenient location if you're needing to be on the Asian side of Istanbul. I would consider staying again, but I do hope the internet connection and shower usability are improved for future visits.

I had a great stay at Park Dedeman Bostancı. The hotel is modern, clean, and ideally located for both business and leisure. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is calm and professional. One highlight of my stay was the restaurant—both the food and service were excellent. A special mention goes to Mr. Aşkın, whose warm hospitality and attentive service truly elevated the experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

The rooms are spacious, the staff is really friendly, room service works fine. They always bring water to the rooms, which is also really nice. Nice extra like slippers and extra kits.

Rooms were clean, housekeeping was good. Uguran was the only helpful staff member, who helped me a lot. He understood I didn’t speak the language so would make calls for me for which I am very grateful.

The staff were outstanding very helpful working aircon a little kiosk by reception and the beds were comfortable .

The valet parking service is given to an outsider company; so drivers ( valets) are not customer satisfaction oriented and moreover very rude and do not speak english ; the only thing they know well to do is running after your car as soon as u enter into very tiny parking space to take yr money , so it s very strange procedure to pay the daily total parking fee when u enter into and not when u r getting out !!!

Staff were awesome and I was offered an upgrade by Meltem which was nice They have a sauna and gym and a pool which is handy They have a barber in the basement! But I never used it. Good sunset view from the rooftop Overall nice staff is what I liked 👍
