“Convenient for Besiktas stadium”

the location was very good in the center of Taksim and breakfast was also very good plenty of everything but the staff in the breakfast floor are very rude and ignorant as they insulting us by their behaviour and not listening for what we asked them to do for us so in total i wouldn't stay in that hotel in the future and not recommended to my families and friends. also for 4 star hotel its a pity shame that their room is not up to even standards to rest of the world as we travel quit often and we know what is 4 stars hotel mean and what is the room services as in your hotel the hair dryer are very poor and old the fridge are not cold at all bottle of water is always warm rather than cold room . bed sheet dosen't get change daily . the reception desk staff are more helpful and friendly more than other staff. the price we paid for each night we could get much better room and services elsewhere so hopefully you put all this into consideration for better services in future . many thanks.

My stay at the Occidental Hotel was genuinely exceptional from start to finish. Everything about this place exceeded expectations. The breakfast was outstanding with a great variety, fresh options, and a relaxed atmosphere to start the day right. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive — always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. One of the highlights was the spa experience. We managed to get a special offer for €90, which included a Turkish bath, massage, and face mask — absolutely worth it. The whole experience felt luxurious, and the complimentary coffee was a lovely extra touch. The room itself was spotless, thanks to the excellent housekeeping team. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, making it easy to fully relax and unwind. What really stood out was the honesty and care of the staff — I accidentally left my coat behind, and they safely kept it for me to collect on my next visit, which says a lot about their service and professionalism. Overall, this was a flawless stay. If you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, great service, and a touch of luxury, Occidental Hotel is a perfect choice. I will definitely be returnin

“Great hotel at a convenient location”

I have stayed in Barceló and Occidental hotels and Occidental Taksim only confirmed that it’s a great choice. The receptionist Doğukan was really warm and welcoming, the room itself was spacious, clean and stocked with amenities as well as a sweet welcome treat. I didn’t get to use the other hotel facilities but I’m sure that they’re kept to high standards.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, always greet you with a smile and they organised my stay in Turkey that made me really enjoy it

Everything was excellent. Room was spacious, I had one with terase, the bed was so big and so comfortable. Breakfast is ok, topical Turkish, location at Taksim also great.

Room were stinking

Our stay was excellent overall. The staff was extremely polite and helpful — without a doubt the strongest point of this hotel. They were always willing to assist with anything we needed, which made the experience even more pleasant. The breakfast is another very positive aspect of the hotel, offering a very wide variety of options. There was an impressive selection of both sweet and savory choices, catering to different tastes and preferences. The location was also very convenient, providing easy access to most areas of the city center as well as to public transportation, which made getting around simple and stress-free. Additionally, the private parking was particularly useful in my case and was an important amenity for me. It made my stay much more comfortable and convenient
