“Amazing!!!”

No matter how much i praise this hotel its less. We stayed at the hotel 1st to 6th june. It was amazing. Brilliant location, tram stop right outside, marmaray station 30 seconds away, all the major attractions within walking distance. All the front desk staff were brilliant. Very kind, helpful and always had a smile on their face. I had to visit a few places at abit of a distance, but the staff helped me with planning the best route always. No matter how many questions i had they were always answered. Another thing which i particularly would like to highlight is that in the uk i always drink icy water, when i mentioned it to the staff they ensured i had icy water bottles ready for me every night. The front desk staff are an absolute asset to this hotel, and this hotel is outstanding because of your lovely staff. If i was to ever come istanbul again i would always stay here. Thank you very very much to all the staff ❤️

“Great place!”

First of all: great localization! Just a few minutes by walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern and other attractions. Also, close to the tram station and harbour. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Secondly: staff was superb, very kind and helpful. To addition, room was comfortable, nice and big. Plus tasy breakfasts. I will come back!

“Istanbul trip”

The fourth time for me to visit the city and this hotel, this time with the family. There is a lot of positive to say about this hotel and the staff. For a hotel in the 'old' part of the city, the rooms are very good, not too big but just right. There is most everything you can think of, good beds, perfectly ok pillows. Since I have been to this hotel for the fourth time, it is proof that I am satisfied, although I will still give some improvement criticism on the negative part.

An excellent stay from start to finish — genuinely nothing to fault. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the room was really comfortable with everything you need to relax straight away. The hotel has a cosy, well-kept feel throughout, and everything runs seamlessly. The staff were consistently kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel effortless. The location is excellent and is in a suitable, safe and accessible area. It is calm during the night so there is limited night time noise, however during the day the area is full of energy and life. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
