Great stay overall. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the service at reception. Serkan was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout my entire stay, always happy to answer questions, point me in the right direction, and make me feel welcome. I had several queries and he handled all of them with patience and a great attitude. That kind of personal touch makes a real difference. Would definitely recommend.

The location is perfect, literally in the middle of Istiklal caddesi (Taksim square). Room was small but clean, you can sleep comfortably at night since there’s no noise issue. Special thanks to Ercan for his hospitality, he even helped us get tickets for a concert!🥰

Sedat or Serdar was his name. The guy on the reception very helpful even in the middle of the night. When we were about to leave he called us a friend of him for taxi for half the price from the outside taxis (and yes we know the prices we are foreign). If we had any questions they were very helpful. Location was very good. Room was not the biggest but what do you expect for that price. It was perfect for the price

The location is very good. Restaurants and shops nearby. Bus station for airport also very close. The people in the reception were all friendly and polite and the room clean and warm.

Everything was perfect. We was met warmly with a nice cup of cay, our room was cosy. They even decorated the room at one request for my cousins birthday. Elijah and the other two men were really lovely.

the hotel is well located just behind istiklal cd. you can find easily restaurants,shops even bars in close distance. the room was very clean and warm,the space was enough for a couple and the bed comfortable.the bathroom was very clean too and there was always hot water... check in was super easy.the staff there , especially Eljan, were very kind and helpful!!
