Great hotel at a top location in Taksim/Istanbul The room was clean and spacious. The employes were very nice and the breakfast was good. Some 5 stars hotel in Istanbul are worst than this 4 stars so I recommend this hotel.

A very pleasant hotel. Conveniently located—the metro and shuttle to IST Airport are just 3-4 minutes away. The staff was very pleasant and polite. We arrived early, but they accommodated us and gave us a free upgrade, along with a welcome of fruit and cookies. Perfect if you're planning to explore Taksim or have time between connecting flights to spend the night in the city.

Great room and service. There was barely any sound from the outside at night, and the staff was very responsive. The breakfast featured quality products with a great focus on sweets and the continental selection, which we really appreciated.
