We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The room was compact but comfortable and had everything we needed. It was clean upon arrival, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day, including cleaning the room, changing towels, and replenishing necessary supplies. The location was very convenient, making it easy and quick to reach most of Istanbul’s main attractions. Breakfast was included in our stay. It was tasty and offered a traditional Turkish-style selection. The menu was the same each day and not particularly large, but it was more than enough for a light breakfast before heading out to explore the city. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Warm and welcoming staff, who are very friendly and helpful! They give the best experience. Small hotel with fresh and delicious homemade food. So if you are tired of restaurant food, don’t think twice, go to madame roza. They even adjust it to your taste and needs. Their services started the night before flight! They reached to us and asked it we need shuttles, which they arranged for a good price. Rooms are clean and tidy, smoke free in Istanbul! Elevator is available to all floors.

Wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location, very close to a main street. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The staff were professional and welcoming, making us feel at home. The food was excellent—breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, the wifi worked fine, and the restaurant downstairs is great. The location is perfect - minutes from Istiklal and Taksim, yet calm and very safe (the local police station is just around the corner). There is also a laundry within meters, highly convenient if you're staying longer than a few days. Also, don't miss the Indian restaurant next door (try their butter chicken).

The hotel is very nice. It is very clean inside, and the staff are extremely polite and kind. The building is newly constructed. The food is also delicious. We stayed there as a group of three girls, and my friends liked it very much as well. If I come to Istanbul again in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again. It offers good value for money and is centrally located, very close to Galata Tower. In short, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
