I had an exceptional stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the outstanding hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. What made my stay especially memorable was the wonderful birthday surprise they arranged for me. When I returned to my room, I was delighted to find a beautifully prepared birthday cake waiting for me. My partner made a small request and the staff turned it to a beautiful experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. Location was also perfect for the purpose of our visit to Istanbul. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the staff for making my birthday so special. Their kindness and attention to detail turned a great stay into an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a truly welcoming atmosphere.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. A special thank you to Murat at the reception. “Nice but not 5*”
Good location, nice and quiet at night (which given the traffic was brilliant!). Comfy beds, lovely housekeeping staff. There's a nice park opposite which is lovely for a walk. There's also a restaurant called Maran which is a stones throw from the hotel which did lovely food. Robes included which was helpful for the pool!

“My experience at Lazzoni”
The staff were very helpful, my room was great however, being the only suit I think not many people take it so the 1st 2 days ac was not working good. It was then attended when I called the manger the remaining 2 days ac was perfect. The shower was exceptional never seen 2 showers in one bathroon :)
