The staff is beyond helpful! They gave us recommendations for places to go and eat, helped us to park our car right in front of the hotel, where street parking is limited but free. There was coffee and tea in the foyer and nice place to sit and enjoy it. Although it is right next to the busiest streets of Istanbul, the hotel is super quiet and we had good night's sleep. There is a small pub right next to it that travellers seem to visit often. Also, this place is extra CLEAN! For me this is so difficult to find nowadays and I appreciated it a lot! They cleeaned the room every day and changed toiletries, towels etc all the time. We ended up extending our stay from 4 nights to 7 and will come back again for sure. It is a great base if you want to explore the city and still have the comfort and safety.

“My go to hotel in Istanbul”

This was my second time booking here as I was so pleased with my first stay and again I was very pleased with my experience. Abdul Kadir, along with all the reception staff were great throughout our stay - they were welcoming, helpful, reliable and super quick to assist us. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Rooms were pretty quiet. Location was amazing - lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, money exchange kiosks and great access to public transport.

I loved everything about my stay. The staff was professional and helpful in every way possible. I also appreciated the warm welcome and their willingness to assist whenever needed. This hotel truly excels in all aspects, including cost, location, tranquility, comfort, cleanliness, and safety.

The staff was exceptional, very kind and helpful. They also offer free water, tea and coffee. The rooms were clean and were cleaned with care throughout our stay. Other than that, everything was as expected for a small city hotel. Very good price-quality rate

“Recommended Hotel”

The location is very nice. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The stuff is amazing-caring, polite, speak English. Very helpful everything I needed help.

The hotel staff was very nice to us. It was really clean, quiet and in a safe neighbourhood with every service close. They arranged a transfer to the airport for us that worked perfectly. 20 minutes walking to Taskim and 10 minutes to the Congress Center. If you need a hotel in that area, I totally recommend it.

The room was very clean, and the staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The hotel has a great location, close to many shops and restaurants. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.

“Great Hotel and Staff”

This is a great hotel! I really appreciate the management helping us out with a very late checkout as we had a toddler. The staff is super nice and accommodating. The hotel is also in a great location to get around Istanbul and has a lot of nice restaurants and cafes around. While the street is busy the soundproofing is very good and we slept very well.

“Lovely experience”

I booked Istanroom by KEO for a short trip and I was 100% satisfied with my experience from the start to the end. Abdul Kadir at reception was great throughout our stay - he was welcoming, friendly, helpful, reliable and very quick to assist us. My room was lovely and clean. Most importantly, the bed and pillows were very comfy and I slept really well! The room was nice and quiet as I couldn’t hear traffic or any noise from outside which was wonderful as this is my 3rd time in Istanbul and it was my most peaceful experience by far! Location is brilliant too - plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, money exchange etc. I’m looking forward to booking my next trip here for sure.

The staffs were awesome! There were always there to help. I arrived in Istanbul in very early morning on May 1st, all streets were cut by polices due to protests and when I hopped on a taxi, one of the staffs talked to driver to make sure that we could arrive at hotel, otherwise he asked the driver to find a closest place to let us get off the car. Every morning they asked us if we would like some chai or coffee. The service was 10!!
