“Overall a great experience!”
We had an extremely pleasant interaction with each and every member of the hotel staff. They were all very kind and helpful, from people at the reception to random interactions in spa and pool area. Great room with great bed. We also wanted hard pillows and those were provided in no time. And in general room service was swift and simple. I really enjoyed the sauna and both pools.

“Dissapointed and didn’t meet five star expectation”
Staff was friendly and rooms are lovely but many other issues at this moment. Hotel is partly in rénovation, pool area not amazing.

“Standards have severely dropped!”
A good 5 star hotel but their standards at this hotel have severely dropped. I stayed here last year for work and it was a different experience. This year the hotel lobby was under renovation and there was less room to use in the hotel area where usually there was a business lounge. That was being used by the business sales team. The gym, pool and spa facilities were brilliant just as usual. I wouldn't stay here again unless there were serious improvements.
