The location of the hotel is great: right in the center, but no loud noises are reaching it. Close to Cihangir neighborhood where you can find the best coffee ( based on my personal opinion) The breakfast was good, with the main elements of standard Turkish breakfast. The staff was really nice, was asking about opinion. The rooms were cleaned perfectly and at the right time.

We had the best view of the Bosporus and the town, the room was big and clean. The bed was very comfy and big. The breakfast was delicious! Last but not least, the personnel made our stay even more pleasant.

The customer service and the location were both excellent. We were looking for somewhere to stay for a few days and the Yez was perfect. It is close to public transport and walking distance to many other areas. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We would happily come back and stay here again.

A quiet haven in the center of all things that need to visit!! Perfectly positioned in the vibrant center, the hotel offers immediate access to metro and bus lines, just a very short walk away, along with a rich selection of traditional locantas and lively nightlife and very important monuments!!. And yet, almost paradoxically, it remains tucked away in a quieter corner — a slightly secluded spot that allows for true rest after the city’s intensity as well as the excellent nightlife that can be found on foot. The rooms are thoughtfully renovated, calm and inviting. The bed ensures deep, restful sleep, while the space is practical and comfortable. Amenities such as a hairdryer, kettle for coffee or tea, and a small fridge are all provided, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, making the stay even more convenient. The bathroom is well-equipped, with consistent hot water and good pressure. The breakfast was excellent, a generous and satisfying start to each day. What truly stands out is the 24/7 reception: constant communication, a genuinely helpful and polite team, always ready to assist at any hour, creating a strong sense of care and security throughout the stay. “Comfortable, pleasant stay, special and warm environment”

The hotel was very good, wonderful environment, clean, tidy, the staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, the location is wonderful, it is close to Galata, the famous metro, Dolmabahçe, it is easy to get around, the metro is also nearby, it is a wonderful place and I recommend everyone to visit it

The location very central and convenient. The rooms spacious and my son's bed was not single but medium double!! Mattresses pillows very comfy and linen brand new! But what amazed me most of all was the fresh towels daily! Breakfast amazing quality traditional turkish and the portions satisfactory! Staffwise all very communicative Shahin amazing thank you for everything the cruise the tips. Maya so polite. Isa always attentive.
