A great boutique hotel. Located close to all the sites. Our room was large clean and comfortable . The breakfast is very good and all the staff genuinely care about ensuring you have a great stay in Istanbul. A really lovely hotel. Just by looking around I'd say at standout for this neighbourhood.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and sincere. There were so many beautiful little details everywhere. Our room was cozy and very beautiful too (we stayed in the Julius Verde room). The view of the Bosphorus was amazing. In the room, there was a kettle, tea, coffee, sparkling water, and still water for free. It was so nice after a long day in the city. There were also chocolates and drinks in the minibar for an extra charge, but we didn’t try them. The bathroom had everything we needed: toothbrushes and toothpaste, a vanity kit, shower gel, and shampoo. The breakfasts were fantastic! Everything looked beautiful, the presentation was great, and the food was delicious. It really felt like enjoying the true atmosphere of Turkey ❤️ We would also like to thank all the hotel staff! Thank you for doing your job with so much care and a big heart! We also met the hotel cat named Zümrüt — she is an absolute sweetheart and such a cutie 🐈❤️ We truly recommend this hotel to everyone! We will definitely come back again ❤️

Location, lovely staff, wonderful breakfasts

Helpfulness and friendliness of hotel staff was exceptional. Location was near to main attractions but in a quiet street. Breakfast was a joy each morning. Room was very clean and comfortable. All in all it was one of the best hotels we have had the pleasure to stay in.

They served an "Exotic" breakfast with a wide range of Turkish food in small individual dishes. A great spread, but far too much to eat - friendly and helpful front of house staff - Well located hotel within easy walking distance of many attractions, including the main market - comfortable room (for an additional fee the manager allowed us to check out at 9pm in the evening as our flight only left at 1am)

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was bright and clean, not too small, cleaning was offered every day. Breakfast was served Turkish-style, with lots of small plates and eggs to choose from - very tasty. The location was convenient for us as well, we had all kinds of public transport nearby. The hosts were very nice and helped us arrange a transfer upon arrival. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

The hotel is like a very central boutique hotel, close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options. The staff are very friendly. Eren explained everything to us, and we felt very welcome. We loved staying at Hotel Poem.

Good sized room and bathroom. Bed comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. Wonderful breakfast, albeit too much to eat! Staff were all very pleasant and helpful, especially Eren. Nice location, on quiet street, and very close to main tourist attractions of old town.
