Overview
Hotel Niles Istanbul is a family-run hotel located on a quiet street only 300 metres from Beyazit Tram Station and a 3-minute walk from Grand Bazaar. It offers a cosy terrace with view of Marmara Sea, rooms with free WiFi and a gym with two treadmills, two bicycles, and weights. Designed in a contemporary or a refined 19th century Ottoman style, the air-conditioned rooms and suites at Niles hotel have a satellite TVs, mini fridges and private bathrooms. A safety deposit box is standard in each unit. The rooftop terrace has both glass-enclosed and open-air dining tables with views of the Sea of Marmara and the Old City. Daily breakfast is served with homemade pastries, jams, honey, omelets, cereals, fresh fruits and vegetables. Throughout the day, you can enjoy hot or cold drinks. The historic Sultanahmet area with Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace is within 12 minutes’ walking distance. The staff, available 24 hours a day, offers concierge services, assists with car rentals and provides information about local attractions. Airport shuttle services are arranged at an additional fee. Group reservations: We are a small, boutique establishment and in order to sustain our service standards at Niles , the reservations of groups of five rooms or more will be subject to different terms and condotions and an additional approval of the General Manager.

“Very comfortable with friendly helpful staff also close to trams”
I loved my stay at Niles Hotel, on my second stay I opted for the junior suite which was beautifully furnished and spacious situated on the quiet side of the hotel. The rooftop dining area with views of the Bosphorus was so relaxing and the breakfast served there offered many choices plus delicious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. This has to be one of the best hotels

“Agatha Christie vibes with excellent service”
We received a very warm welcome with tea and Turkish delights and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is almost just across the road of the Grand Bazaar and all major tourist attractions can be reached by a leisurely walk of 15 minutes, the tram is also right there. Delicious was the breakfast and delightful to have it on the rooftop terrace with a view of the Bosphorus. We would absolutely stay here again!

The place is so charming and stylish. The staff cannot do enough for you. We even had a super early check in and additional breakfast at no extra charge. We had a special welcome as returning guests and a lovely welcome letter acknowledging that we are returning guests and a welcome gift. We were made to feel very special.

“Great Location for Visiting main Sites in Istanbul”
Location is excellent for visiting old Istanbul, can walk to most major attractions, Bazaar, blue Mosque etc. Lots of decent restaurants & shopping nearby, very lively area of the city. Breakfast was ok, servicable is how best to describe it, got a bit boring after 3 days though.

Lovely suite with own balcony and sea view! Delicious breakfast with home made pastries and local products. Friendly staff. Central location on old town. Within walking distance of main attractions like Hagia Sofia. The neighborhood is lively, but it was interesting to follow the events.

“Clean Comfortable stay in a lovely art deco room located within a few minutes walk to Grand Bazaar”
Have stayed many times and as always the Staff are wonderful, the rooms are small but comfortable & breakfast on the roof terrace is lovely. 3 minute walk to Grand Bazaar & the Metro ( direct route couple of stops to blue mosque & hagia Sofia & Galata bridge) Lots of little restaurants around ( food street ) for traditional Turkish food & grills.
