The hotel was amazing and the service was excellent. Special thanks to the receptionist Mhamed, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel very welcome and always had a smile on his face. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!

The regular rooms are very small, and the double beds are short in length. I payed extra at the lobby for an upgrade to "family suite" as is the only one type of room with a nice bed for 2

“Best hotel for first time visits in Istanbul”
The staff was very nice, the room was very cozy and very well-equipped. It was very close to the tram station, the food at breakfast was what every person wants. It gave you a fresh start every morning. I reccomend this hotel because the price/quality ratio is very good.

Staff: A warm and professional welcome from the moment we arrived. The entire team was attentive, responsive, and always friendly. Facilities: The hotel offers modern and spotless amenities. The rooms, reception, restaurant, and common areas are perfectly maintained. Cleanliness: Impeccable! The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless. Housekeeping came daily, and towels were changed without fail. Comfort: Spacious and well-soundproofed rooms. Everything is designed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Value for Money: Top-notch services for a very reasonable price. The experience was worth every penny. Location: Perfectly located, close to major attractions and well-connected by public transport. “Value for money in the heart of Laleli.”
The staff were fantastic, able to communicate in English, which is very helpful in Istabul, and went beyond the call of duty to help me out. The breakfast buffet was also really good. A large variety of typical Turkish breakfast items was available. Accessible to the metro nearby.

“A well located clean hotel and excellent value for money”
Breakfast was very good with a wide selection for all tastes. The location was as advertised a two minute walk from the University metro station. Good location from the major tourist attractions a twenty minute walk , and the tram stops 200 meters from hotel
