“Poor Staff Attitude and Unacceptable Service”

Very disappointing stay. Multiple service failures occurred during our visit. Room service took our order one evening but never delivered it and never followed up. The night before, drinks were delivered unopened; after calling for assistance, we were told someone would come, but nobody ever did. At the hotel bar, despite many guests being present, the bartender refused to serve us, claiming the bar was closed at around 1 PM. This was particularly frustrating as we had previously been informed that the bar would be open until 1:30 AM. His attitude was rude and disrespectful, and he made no effort to assist us. As a result, we attempted to order room service and were again left without any assistance, including basic drinking water. Housekeeping also knocked on our door at 9 AM on our first morning, which was unexpected and disruptive. Most disappointing was the lack of response from management. When these issues were raised at checkout, reception simply stated, “I don’t know what to say,” without offering an apology, solution, or indication that the matter would be taken seriously. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below the standards we expect from a Hilton property.

Good choice for a short stay. Arrival from airport is relatively quick. Excellent connection to Mall of Istanbul and metro station.

It was a one night but will stay again staff was good breakfast was good . You can get to the mall from the hotel comes in handy.., ☺️

The hotel location is amazing and directly connected to Mall of Istanbul. The service is excellent, the cleanliness is outstanding, and the reception staff are very professional and speak English fluently. Special thanks to Ebrare,Batuhan, and Alper and merue— they were extremely polite, helpful, and provided top-level service.

Very good stuff and they offer early check in and they very cooperative.the breakfast was excellent.the room was so comfortable.

I am very happy with my stay at Hilton Mall of Istanbul. The reception staff were extremely kind and professional, especially Shahin. He was very helpful and understanding when he learned that my flight was delayed and that I was traveling with a young child. He kindly granted me extra hours for late check-out, which made a big difference and eased my stress. I truly appreciate his support and excellent service. Thank you, Shahin, for your kindness and professionalism. It made our stay much more comfortable and pleasant.

Our stay was amazing every thing was comfortable what is the best i like about this hotel that is near to mall of istanbul and connected directly and also near to my work area thanks specially to Sena at the reception for her kindness throughout my stay.

Very expensive Deposit for the minibar ?! After paying all this amount for 1 night , staff asked for a deposit for mini bar ! I requested a 2 pin adapter for my phone charger , it is back charges on customer ?!!

I arrived at the hotel around 10 PM. Reception initially gave me room 2012, but the key did not work. The bellboy contacted reception and they assigned another room, 2011. When I entered the room, it was not properly cleaned. The carpet was dirty and there were no tissues. I was exhausted after a long journey, so I did not report the issue that night. The next day, I informed reception about the room condition. They said housekeeping would take care of it. We went out and returned in the evening. When we came back, the carpet was still dirty. They had only placed some tissues. The bathroom smelled very bad and was a complete disaster. I contacted reception again to report the issue. There was clearly no proper handover between shifts because the night staff were not aware of my earlier complaints. I had to ask how many times I needed to report the same room issue. Overall, this was a horrible experience for me. The only good things were the location, which is inside a mall in Istanbul, the outside balcony view, and the food, which was amazing. The location and view were good, but the room was in very poor condition. Housekeeping and reception need serious improvement.
