My wife and I recently spent a few days here, and frankly, there’s nothing to complain about—and believe me, I know a thing or two about complaints. The room did exactly what it was elected to do: perfectly functional and kept exceptionally clean. The location is a real asset if you enjoy shopping; the malls are close by, and on Sunday, this quiet residential neighborhood comes alive with fantastic street markets. The only drawback? The nearby highway is a bit like government—it just keeps running 24/7. However, they more than make up for it with the cuisine, which is absolutely first-rate. Getting to Old Town is also a breeze—just a brisk 9-minute walk to the metro, and you’re there in about 40 minutes. All in all, we highly recommend it. It gets a big thumbs-up from us!

Access to the property is a bit lengthy since their aren’t alternatives. Being a 5 star hotel, you would expect normal water glasses or equivalent available in the room which wasn’t the case and when asked they said room service will charge 260 lira for it.

“A SHOCKINGLY POOR EXPERIENCE WITH ZERO HYGIENE STANDARDS AND ZERO HOSPITALITY! FINGER WEG!”
This hotel has dirty rooms and staff who refuse to admit mistakes or fix anything. Only the restaurant staff are polite and actually try to do their job. The single star I gave belongs to them. Everything else was a disaster.
