“Fun , informative and the sights were amazing.”

The property was well located for all the main sites I wished to see ,these were all a short walk from the hotel. It is surrounded by restaurants and bars so eating out is not a problem but an adventure. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Taken all together this hotel was an excellent choice for a holiday and I would recommend it .

Perfect localication with a (short!) walking distance to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, but in a quiet part of the dead-end street. Simple brekafast served in the top-roof terrace of the opposite building (which was completely not a problem :-) with a stunning view of a Bosphor. Beds were clean and acceptable. Steepy staircase could be tireing when carrying a huge suitcase on the upper floors. The cheerful staff was always ready to help. In the neighbourhood there is a "restaurant street" serving mainly local food with a reasonable prices. Absolute hit as of price-performance index. If I ever be in Stambul back, I'll pick this place once again!

Perfect location and clean room, you can walk to the tram and get almost everywhere in istanbul with it, also it's walking distance from the sea, the breakfast was delicious and a lot of options for everyone, air conditioner in the room was working good and wifi service is fast and working 24/7 The staff was very friendlyand helpful, they speak and understand English very well, the breakfast restaurant has amazing scenery, you can see the sea (I think it's bosphor) and seagulls flying close and we took some amazing pictures of them, Our vacation was like an amazing magical dream, we loved everything about the hotel and the city Thank you for everything,

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Everything was always clean, organized, and well maintained. The breakfast was always prepared on time and there was a good variety of food. The cakes and pastries were especially delicious. The Wi-Fi connection was also very good and worked perfectly during our stay. Whenever we had questions or needed help, the staff were always ready to assist us. In particular, the dark-haired lady at the reception was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. She answered all of our questions with patience and made sure we had everything we needed. They also helped us arrange a Bosphorus tour for a very good price. In other places the same tour was almost twice as expensive, so we really appreciated their honesty and help. The hotel offers great value for money overall. The atmosphere of the hotel was very cozy and pleasant, and you can really feel that the staff care about their guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and affordable place to stay, and I would happily come back again in the future.

The staffs were all friendly and helpful. The location was amazing as it’s close to Blue Mosque and the city lively centre. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and they also made me a sandwich because I needed to leave before breakfast because of my flight, which I really appreciated.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The room was solid; while it’s not the most modern, it was very clean and well-maintained. A big plus was the daily housekeeping service and the fresh towels provided every day. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It’s especially great for those who love Turkish cuisine, as there was a wide variety of salads, though the meat selection was somewhat limited. Most importantly, the staff was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay—they were ready to assist with anything.

Close to all major touristic places. You can do almost by walking. Owners are polite and helpful. Clean, cosy and cost-effective.

A great great staying in this hotel. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Everyday cleaning with new towels. The location is in walking distance of Hagia Sofia Blue Mosque and Top Kapi. Tram t1 is nearby and its the main tram you may use for Galata, asian side ferries, Balat and IST airport. Breakfast is HUGE and very good(my photo is only the 2/3 of the whole thing). Eggs, cheese, bread, honey, butter, jams, coffee(filter, espresso, cappuccino), milk, cereal, variety of toppings, salads ,fresh cake with glaze, onion rings, fries, 2 kind of juices, nutella, fruits, chicken, mini-helva, tea. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They messaged us some days earlier of our arrival about the time we expect to arrive in order to have the room ready even before the checkin. They helped us with an accident we had providing ice. They stored our luggage in our last day (and even if we didnt really needed it they offered to store them in our first day before checkin). Always there providing helpful information about the transportation and they helped us by carrying our luggages up in our rooms. They even upgraded our room to a sea view family room with no Charge.

Hotel Hanedan is a very pleasant hotel situated in an excellent location. I loved that it is tucked away from the noise, offering a quiet atmosphere even though it is right in the heart of the city. Being so close to the main landmarks and the tram station made it incredibly easy for me to get around and reach other parts of Istanbul. The staff is very kind and professional, providing all the necessary help during my stay. I felt welcomed, and their polite attitude made the overall experience much better. It is a well-managed place where I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I found the hotel to be very clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast is good and offers a nice variety, which was a perfect way to start the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and quiet place in a prime spot.

Zayed was really helpful from the start of the booking. Helped me with the transfers from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The hotel is located 5 to 10 min walking distance to all the attraction places. The price of the hotel was reasonable and the service was beyond the expectation. I appreciate the whole crew who made my stay very comfortable and easy.
