“Relaxing few days in a quiet hotel”

Friendly professional staff Great breakfast

All the staff especially in the reception are very friendly and accomodating, everyday they are trying to ask our day, offer services like airport transfers, tours etc. Our whole stay was exceptionally good, the area where we are staying is excellent, not too crowded and very easy to go around...We will definitely come back again😃😃😃

Breakfast variety was limited. We didn't find our room very clean. There was a lot of noise coming into the room from outside. We waited at reception for about 30 minutes.

The staff is very professional and welcoming. They took good care of the check in and also took good care of the belongings that I forgot in the room. Good location, the tram is nearby.I'll visit again

“Excellent clean and calm place with close proximity to all the attractions.”

Location is very practical, at Aksaray, with Blue Mosque just 4 stations away by tram. Tram, Metro, Bus & Taxi all 5 minute walk. There are lot of eateries and stores around. The hotel is nice, clean and calm. Lobby is very welcoming place with complementary coffee, tea and infused water 24/7. The management team and staff are charm to interact with. Every request is taken care with professionalism. Starting with pickup from airport to check-in every thing was organised and quick. Our twin bed room was on 3rd floor facing main road. Soundproofing was excellent. Room was cleaned everyday, towels and linen also refreshed everyday. Clean toilet with hot water.As for the breakfast frankly it was the best I had in many years, choice of fruits, olives, cheese, breads etc. It ticked all the boxes I had expected.

Excellent location to access all sites. Tram stop just up abit from hotel. Lots to see and do around the hotel and places to eat. Staff very helpful and any issues are sorted out straight away. Hotel is very clean throughout. Rooms clean and tidy and a big comfy bed.

“Unrespectful Staff!”

The breakfast was very basic with limited options. Regarding room cleanliness, there were several overlooked details that need attention. ​More importantly, the lobby staff attempted to negotiate ratings and reviews before I had even checked in. Offering a "better, more spacious room" in exchange for a positive review is unethical and unprofessional. Soliciting conditional feedback before a service is even rendered is unacceptable. The staff requires urgent training on professional ethics.

Overall: This was our second visit to Istanbul. From March 22 to March 27, 2026, I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Istanbul Old City with my family. It is a wonderful hotel with a magnificent location. Location & Accessibility: The metro, bus stops, and trams are all right nearby. The main attractions are just a stone's throw away, and you can easily reach any part of the city from here. Service & Cleanliness: The rooms are spotless, as is the entire hotel. A special mention to Zulfiya, who took care of our room—she did an amazing job and is very dedicated to her work. The breakfasts are hearty, featuring fresh fruits and vegetables; you definitely won't go hungry. The Team: The staff is beyond praise—a true team of professionals who are always ready to help. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager, Mr. Sinan. He supported us from the moment we checked in until our departure. Recommendation: I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. For this price point, I doubt you can find anything better in the Fatih district. My family has already decided that we will only stay here during our next visit. Wishing the hotel and all its employees continued prosperity and well-being!

The property is very well located, 15 minutes walk to Grand Bazaar. Many shops around. The hotel is clean. Excellent staff, special thanks to the guys at the reception Arda and Kersut who will help you with anything you need no matter the time. Greetings guys!
