Clean, comfortable, good services, good breakfast and in a nice neighbourhood. Not my first stay in Hampton Bakirkoy and hopefully won't be last.

I did early check out and I was told that the hotel promissed to send my refund within 20 days. But it's already 2 months passed and i didn't receive the money. The hotel's manager ignores my messages. I'm disappointed with this disrespectful attitude, with ignoring hotel's obligations by their managers and with this kind of service. I do not recomend this hotel unless you want to be cheated and waste your time in correspondance with support and lawyers.

Breakfast was excellent , staff were friendly however I needed to extend my stay by a few days and was unable to do it through Booking.com because the availability was blocked on the Booking website and I had to make separate reservation, Price /expereince was ok but could find no availability through Booking.com . An item in the room needed fixing I was unable to have it repaired despite a few requests. Not a major problem. All in all satisfied with my stay as locality and means of travel into istanbul were good once learnt.

“Perfect location!”
Location is perfect! Easy to get from Istanbul new airport by Havaist. 3 minutes from Havaist station by walking. Many groceries nearby. Hiltons good quality!

I like the comfort and cleanliness of the room. I couldn't have breakfast because I had to leave around 07:00 in the morning when the breakfast just starts.
