A great, cozy location: close to the main tourist attractions (a 5-minute walk uphill) and a quiet park with a fountain (right below the building). Just around the corner there is an atmospheric former church that has been converted into a mosque. There are shops and restaurants along the nearby local streets. The room’s décor wasn’t the newest, but it was very, very clean. On the roof of the building there is a pleasant shared terrace with an incredible view over Istanbul. Bako and Bruno were extremely helpful at every step whenever we needed anything. They recommended delicious local restaurants and helped us arrange transport to the airport. Last but not least, the price was great!

The owners Bruno and Bako are very friendly made turkish cafe for us and answers any question. The view from the rooftop is amazing and the vibe of the area is charming. The apartment is in very goodplace the historical area Sultanahmet close to the main attractions many restaurants and shops nearby. Silent at night you can sleep well no loud disturbing things. The apartment is clean the bed is comfortable and big. Overall its absolutely worth the money. I recommend 😊

The hotel is located at the center of Istanbul, which is very convenient, but it was surprisingly quiet. Sea view from the terrace was excellent and I really enjoyed spending time there. The park nearby was nice.

Looks like on the photos. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. Communication was great! We enjoyed the view from the rooftop terrace. Everything was spotless and surprisingly quiet for a city location. The house is right next to a small park with a playground—perfect for our child. The location is convenient for exploring the city on foot; just be prepared for quite a bit of an uphill walk to reach the main sights and public transport.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. Location : A great location surrounded by parks, shops, eateries and a fabulous bakery around the corner. The seating on roof terrace is a great place to sit and look out to sea or over the city. Apartment: The apartment was perfect for us. Spotlessly clean, well provisioned and everything was in perfect order. It is the cleanest apartment we have ever rented! Service: Bruno, the owner could not be more friendly and helpful.

Excellent terrace and hosts

Location is awesome - just 5 min walk from the Blue Mosque, but at the same time in a less crowded area of Istanbul. Very clean and nice room in a building which has a rooftop as a plus. Bako was very insightful and helpful all the way.

Amazing place, amazing people. Bruno and Ali made our stay perfect and unforgettable. The location is great, everything is clean and very-very comfortable. Good mattresses, my back said "thank you". The terrace, oh, the terrace!! The terrace is right from the movie. We will be back 100%. Highly recommend this place, it feels like home.

The hosts Bruno and Bako are wonderful young guys ready to help with anything we asked them. The accommodation is excellent, spacious, in a beautiful area, a great location for exploring Istanbul on foot. For further sightseeing we used the tram and bus that stop near the accommodation. A recommendation for accommodation from the heart, and we will stay in this accommodation again on our next visit to Istanbul.

We spent 5 unforgettable days in Istanbul, and staying at this hotel was a big part of the experience. The location is simply perfect – nestled in an authentic and vibrant district, surrounded by cultural heritage, cozy cafés, great restaurants, and shops. Public transportation is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the whole city. The absolute highlight was the stunning rooftop terrace with an incredible view over the city, the sea, and the beautiful Küçük Ayasofya (Little Hagia Sophia) – a peaceful place to relax and take it all in. Our host, Bruno, was amazing – always available online whenever we had questions or needed help. He was friendly, attentive, and gave great recommendations. The apartment itself was clean, secure, and very comfortable – a real home away from home. We truly felt the heartbeat of the city, yet in a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Good location, great hosts, picturesque view from the roof terrace, all conveniences in the apartments, comfortable beds, good condition of WC and bathroom, clean apartments.

“Very nice accommodation in an amazing area!!”

It’s a small apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom. The room I was staying in had a small balcony and wasn’t facing the street side so it was very calm at night. Everything was very convenient and clean. The building has an amazing roof terrace with the view on the Bosporus where you can hang out as you please. The is a breathtaking sunrise and sunset view. The terrace itself looks also very cute and well decorated. The location is superb since it’s at walking distance to all the main sights. The restaurant owners in the area are very friendly and respectful so it makes the walks in the neighborhood pleasant as well. The owners are very friendly and helpful to the extend that I befriended them. I appreciated their hospitality very much. They give very good recommendations for breakfast/lunch/dinner spots and activities, which creates an opportunity to discover more of Istanbul. I will definitely come back during my next visit in Istanbul!!
