“Entire trip was disaster!!! Most 3 star hotels are far better than this Hotel.”

They changed our room 4 times in 24 hours because in all previous 3 rooms Air conditioning was not working!!! We checked in 8PM and slept 2AM!!! Next day they changed room again because the bed was improperly joined in 3rd room. Their 2 main lift is always occupied by cleaning and support staff as if they don’t have service lift! We were feeling as if we are in Hospital!!!

Although we experienced a small issue with the air conditioning at first, the way your team handled the situation was outstanding. I would also like to give special thanks to the staff member who assisted me and stayed in contact with me through WhatsApp. Their kindness, patience, and continuous support made a big difference and showed a high level of customer care. The new room was excellent, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we were very satisfied with the outcome.

Good facilities, breakfast was a good one. However, location was little far from other main activities.

From the very beginning, the service stood out. Prior to our arrival, Nilay from the Guest Relations team personally reached out via Booking.com and WhatsApp to assist in arranging a surprise honeymoon setup for my wife. Every detail was handled with care, discretion, and professionalism, and the result was beautifully executed — a seamless and genuinely special experience that immediately set the tone for our stay. What impressed us most was the consistency of service throughout. The team maintained regular, thoughtful check-ins to ensure everything was perfect, striking the ideal balance between attentiveness and privacy. We always felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. The facilities were equally impressive. The hotel offers a complimentary spa, swimming pool, hammam, and a well-equipped gym, all maintained to a high standard. Additional massage services are available and well worth experiencing. The dining was another highlight — the food was consistently of excellent quality, with a clear attention to detail. Our room was spacious, elegantly presented, and offered a beautiful view. Housekeeping was impeccable; each return to the room felt like stepping into a freshly prepared space. The staff we encountered, including the housekeeping team, were warm, professional, and always willing to assist. What truly distinguishes this hotel is its ability to combine high-quality facilities with genuinely personalised service. It never felt transactional — rather, it felt as though we were being hosted with care and intention. Considering the overall standard of experience, the hotel represents excellent value for money. We would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul, particularly for special occasions.

Thank you to the Golden Tulip Hotel for this incredible vacation! Excellent, cozy, and well-maintained rooms, very clean! But the best part is their attitude towards guests! My wife and I were on our honeymoon, and to celebrate, Guest Relations Nilay prepared a surprise for us in the form of fruit, which was delivered to our room. But the best part is that on the day of departure, we learned about our flight being delayed and asked to extend our stay at the hotel by two hours. We asked about payment, and they kindly extended our stay at no extra charge. Thank you so much! We are happy!

“Enjoyable and comfortable stay.”

I like that its an international hotel that caters for world travellers, very convenient that the nearest Metro station Sagmalcilar M1 is only 15 minute walk away, there is also many local resturants nearby where the price is very cheap, even though all dont speak English, there are pictures to point to or just ask for the food that is displayed and there is a supermarket across the road.
