Situated in a three-storey, neo-classic prison building with a landscaped courtyard, Four Seasons Sultanahmet is in the centre of Istanbul’s Old Town. “The BEST location”
Location was fabulous, two minutes walk to the square between Hagia Sophia and the blue mosque. Which is where’s the T1 tram line also is, so easy to get to all the sights. Large room, very comfy bed. Was upgraded to balcony room overlooking the Hagia Sophia, which would have been perfect if it wasn’t covered in scaffolding at the moment! Breakfast affordable and good selection. Reception staff went above and beyond in personal touch.

We had a beautiful room with an amazing view of the blue mosque. We were celebrating a birthday so the team decorated the room with balloons in advance of our arrival and also presented us with a cake and a lovely hand signed card. It’s the little touches that make a place. Their concierge Cetin went above and beyond to book meyhanes for us as well as recommend other restaurants. We had a lovely stay here and if you are thinking of staying in the old city then this is the best place you can stay in.

“The Most Magical place in Istanbul!”
The whole experience was totally magical! The place, the history of the building, the vibe and the personal made our time in the Four Seasons totally special. Highly encourage to spend the sunset at the terrace bar and enjoy the deep slow techno music over a glass of chilled wine! Was a moment to be remembered forever.

“A wonderful five-star boutique hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet.”
The hotel was exactly what we wanted: small, refined and located right in the heart of Sultanahmet. The staff were all wonderful, especially the knowledgeable and helpful concierges who recommended lots of places of interest off the beaten track that we could easily have overlooked. The restaurant, Avlu, was excellent. The gym, while quite small, has enough equipment for a good workout. The massage treatments at the spa were very good too.
