The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. They went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. The room was quiet, so our baby slept peacefully. Access from the parking area was excellent, and it is very convenient for guests with disabilities.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! I had called in advance to ask about parking facilities, and the front desk staff member I spoke with was very polite and kind. She even offered us the option to park in the hotel garage in case we arrived early. We did, in fact, arrive well before check-in time, and the lovely receptionist went above and beyond by offering us an early check-in with an even better room. She was truly a lifesaver! The hotel itself is spotless, and the facilities are an absolute delight. The garage is spacious, safe, and very convenient. Throughout our stay, the entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and always smiling. We had booked our room with breakfast included, but unfortunately had to leave early and missed it — something we regretted! Hopefully, next time we’ll get the chance to enjoy it. We’re already looking forward to our next overnight stay on the 31st of August. Our time in Kağıthane couldn’t have been better. My husband and I left extremely happy and satisfied.
