Overview
Overlooking the vibrant city skyline or Bosphorus, the hotel offers soundproofed rooms with free WiFi. “Overall, enjoyable but does not give luxury vibe”
Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Melike, Mr. Tanju who assisted us during the breakfast, Mr. Aykut at the reception. Mini turkish hamam in the bathroom was enjoyable. Selection of pillows, coffee machine, tea selection was nice. You also get complimentary water bottles. There is a cinema and starbucks next to the hotel.

“Perfection on the highest level”
A fantastic welcome after a long flight, made to immediately feel welcome and appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble, even an early check in. We loved the view over Istanbul and the gold club lounge delivered different offerings throughout the day, being a little oasis from the outside world.

I stayed under the Turkish Airlines program and booked one additional night through Booking. I’ve been to Istanbul before, but this was my first time staying at a hotel as a guest. I really enjoyed the stay and all the services provided by the hotel. The bed was comfortable, and there was an option to customize everything to my needs (pillows, blankets, even a yoga mat). The bathroom was spacious, with both a shower and a bathtub. A wide selection at breakfast.
