The hotel was well located and the staff was nice and very hospitable. We requested a change of the room since the one they allocated us was for smoking, and we prefered a non-smoking room. The room was cleaned every day, and also a complement from the hotel - bottles of water were left every day on the table, which was much appreciated.

Great location and perfect conference hotel. Easy access to public transport - metro, buses and the airport train. Large quiet room with an executive feel. Food at the in-house restaurant was very good. Staff friendly and professional.

The hotel is ideally situated for travellers who do not want to depend on the heavy trafic. But prefer metro. Is is very easy to get to the airport. The hotel has confortable rooms, with all amenities. But more importantly, it has a great staff at the reception desk. There is a difference between good and exceptional hotels. The young lady who did our check in and check out made this difference with her kindness and empathy. She is a real asset for the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and requested a quiet room. However, I did not experience quietness. I heard doors slamming. From my view, I could see construction work being carried out which was loud. I also constantly kept getting woken up by some sort of alarm. The wifi was poor, I complained to reception several times and they did nothing about it. I was unable to talk to my children on numerous occasions because of this as my calls would not connect due to poor wifi. I was also in the process of completing an assignment as I am student and was unable to do so because of connection issues. This also resulted to me having to purchase wifi from my network provider at an additional cost just so I could have a stable connection to speak to my children. Even though I complained to reception, this issue was still not sorted. On the 11th December, I received a email from booking.com, asking how my stay was; I disclosed how I dissatisfied I was. I then received a message from the hotel apologising and stating they will change my room; they called me for a room change at 10pm on the 11th December, even though I was checking out at 4am on the 12th December. I expressed my concerns and asked for a partial refund as I have been dealing with this problem for 6 nights and they only decided to take action, hours before I was checking out; they refused. They offered to give me a free night if I was to stay at the hotel again. I will not be returning. I also have screenshot and videos of poor connection
