“It was one night stay so overall rating will not be more than 4.5”
The breakfast was pathetic. Bread was not available. Toaster was not working. Staff could hardly communicate in English. Cutlery was not available at our seat and had to request couple of times.

Everything was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. The view was amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. Cleanliness was outstanding throughout the hotel. Overall, a 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend it.

the room is clean, comfy, and has such a nice view. the food is delicious, and has variety kinds. Expierenced the turkish tea for the first time, and i love it (for free). Staff are well communicative, cooperative and super welcoming. Enis on the reception is the coolest, always smiling and make good jokes. Along side with Huda, Yilda, Malak. Also the guys on the entrance, Oskan, Mirt, Aikot, Ergan.

I had a wonderful stay at Arise Hotel Golden Horn. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, offering easy access to major attractions while providing beautiful views of the Golden Horn. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail throughout my stay. The location is not good. It's far from shops and restaurants. They want to take my mobile to do the evaluation as they want for their hotel, but I refused.This is the reason why they have high evaluation.
