It is very well designed, decorated, furnished and equipped apartment, including Air condition, featuring two (2) rooms - Dayroom and Bedroom! The kitchen in Dayroom is furnished with: Oven, Hot plate, Microwave oven, , Aspirator Huge fridge, Dishwasher, Tableware, Kitchenware, Glassware. There is Washing machine located in the bathroom.

Great apartments in a new modern building block. You have everything you need and even more. Clean, convenience with all utensils and furniture. Very good location, close to Metro and Marmaray train which can help you reach SAW Airport or Istanbul city center. Supermarket inside the building. 15 min walk to seaside and parks. And super friendly host. Definitely will stay here next time.

“Good location for access into Istanbul and exploring.”
The apartment complex was clean. The staff were helpful. The apartment had a supply of water and cleaning products. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of clean towels and TV channels. Bed and settees very comfy for relaxing and sleeping after a busy day exploring. Didnt have to wait for lifts. They were always available. Good metro link from SG airport

The residence itself is a nice place in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There is a convenience store, coffee shop in the building. It also has a pool and a good security.

“MY APPETITTE FOR HISTORY AND ARCHITECTURE WAS SATED...”
WE HAD ALL OUR MEALS AT LOCAL RESTAURANTS AT THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE RESIDENCIAL MANAGER. IT WAS A FANTASTIC , HOSPITAL AND UNEXPECTED ATMOSPHERE EVERYWHERE. NOT THE LAST TIME BY FAR. THANK YOU CEBECI RESIDENTIAL.
