There were two errors in 2 nights I stayed. First, staff blamed the booking system. In dorm, someone took my bed and it took them some time to fix the error, they were running around but without much thought how to solve it smoothly. Secondly, staff said they returned my deposit when they actually didn't. I dont know was it communication issue between them, or someone tried to profit or did a mistake with the deposit, as you don't get any receipt for deposit, they just try to remember. Some staff is enthusiastic, some staff is very passive. Quality wise it was really on lower end

The hostel is in a cafe. I was in a dorm in the basement, but there are more on the first floor. The bed was comfortable, it had a reading lamp, a power socket and a curtain. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a kitchen for guests, which I did not look at. The area is nice if you don't want to be in Sultanahmet. It is a 10 minute (uphill) walk to all the action near Taksim, where locals go to have fun.

“Second time and it's really worth it!”
My second time here - I have to say they focus a lot on the cleanliness and neatness of the accommodation. The cafe downstairs just makes the entire hostel feel like a wonderful place to stay in. It's a great place to mingle with like-minded individuals in the common area and even in the room. They organise boat parties for solo travellers to join.

“Overall not bad but just needed a bit of updating and the price was reasonable.”
Staff were ok. Hostel did coffee and food deals which were good. Also had events on throughout the week. Padlocks available for rent for a small deposit.

“Super saty”
The staff, I liked the location close to the sea and as well to Galataport mall. They organize activities through out the week. Place to meet other travelers. Borry he work at hostel very nice guy.

“Perfect Stay”
Location, staff, beds, cleaning, everything was perfect. Tram 1 station Tophane 1 minute. Karakoy 1 tram stop or five minute walking. Great Coffee and breakfast. Chill mood. Awesome.

“Best place! Value for money 10/10”
Everything went beyond my expectations! The staff is very friendly and always ready to help; the reception is also open 24/7! There is a cafe downstairs open all day where you can relax or meeting new friends. I found the location absolutely perfect: the tramstop is a minute walking and from there you can easily go to the Ayasofya area from one side or taksim/galataport on the other. Is also the same tram that connect the airport and the bus terminal, very very convenient! The hostel also organises different activities every day :)

“Wonderful staff and place”
A wonderful place! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get in reality. The people are friendly and amazing. I want to thank all of them, especially Okan and Younes—such a great person—also Naz, and the other guy with a tattoo on his leg (sorry, I forgot his name). You’re all amazing! If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will choose this hostel again without hesitation. Thank you.

“Passable”
Heater worked, unless the 1 guy turned it off and opened the windows again when it's 2c outside. Restaurants and shops nearby Hot water in shower Have stayed in capsules all through Asia, this one missed the mark on many points. Had another night booked before my flight but cancelled it even though not refundable.

“a great place to stay in Istanbul”
the hostel is well located, its close to all possible sightseeing places. the room was nice with a balcony and a view of the Galata Tower. everything is clean and comfy, the staff was also beyond helpful.
