The staff was very courteous, the spread for breakfast along with the view was icing on the cake . The overall location is very prime with lots of options for food and also to all the attractions only 10min walk max.

“Stay here if you want to enjoy the traditional turkish design and be very close to the attractions.”
The staff was great, I came a little bit sick and the reception gave me a heating radiator to stay warm. Also, in one of the days, it rained and the reception gave me a raincoat for free. The room was cleaned everyday. The location is 3-4 minutes away by walking from Sultanahmet Station. I definitely encourage you to stay here, quiet place, in the middle of centre and you have everything around you:restaurant, shops, pharmacy.

“Excellent customer service and care for the whole duration of the stay”
Excellent location and incredible service from the staff. They went above and beyond to respond to all our requests, and we always felt like we were a priority, even when the hotel was busy with many other guests. This really shows the passion and care they have for their guests. This is what makes the difference between a good stay and an excellent one — just like in our case. If we have the chance to come back to Istanbul, we already know where we will stay. In addition to their outstanding service, the room was very clean, the buffet breakfast was excellent, and the hotel offers a wide range of contacts with tour operators and service providers in Istanbul, which made us feel comfortable and never bored. Truly amazing hospitality and attention to detail.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, great location, great food and by far the most friendly staff. All staff here are extremely friendly and makes you want to stay longer. Seamless booking and no issues whatsoever. Very accommodating and makes getting around Istanbul extremely easy. Transfer service to the airport puts your mind at ease. Absolutely brilliant 👍👍👍👍
