Lovely hotel with exceptional staff! We only stayed one night following a cruise, it was in a perfect location near the cruise terminal and tram stop. Breakfast was really good.

This hotel has: a fantastic location a very good Penthouse lots of potential But for a 5-star hotel, the attention to detail simply wasn’t there. The Penthouse The Penthouse is genuinely lovely. Large, spacious, well laid out, and exactly what you’d hope the best room in the hotel would be. Huge comfortable bed Great amount of space Nice terrace Felt special when we first walked in So credit where it’s due — the room itself definitely delivers on first impression. The location is also excellent. Karaköy is a fantastic area to stay in: lively walkable full of atmosphere easy to explore from

Amazing location, extremely clean, comfortable bedroom, noise isolated, spacious, 5 stars! The waterfall was so relaxing

The location was perfect we walked everywhere and saw so many touristy spots but also cool neighbourhoods.

Fantastic location, walking distance from most of the main attractions. Staff were incredible - welcoming, super helpful, helped with sightseeing and taxis. Rooms were large, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was well covered and delicious.

Location is exceptional , at least for mine and my family interest. The hotel is located in a walking distance from quite a few attractions we were interested to visit. Considering city's traffic during rush hours, this location is a best choice.
