Surrounded by orange, lemon, pine, carob, almond trees and jasmine, this beautiful, Mediterranean-style villa presents itself as the ideal base for a relaxing break. All year round you can spend your time relaxing under the shade of a carob tree, visiting local places of interest, playing tennis in the villa grounds or simply soaking up the sun at the nearby golden beaches or by the swimming pool. The neighbouring villages of Ispica and Pozzallo offer good restaurants with authentic Sicilian cuisine, and you can easily take day excursions to the historic and culturally important cities of Modica, Ragusa, and Scicli.

“We'll come back if we need to be in the neighbourhood”
Great B&B - very friendly people! Lovely place with a very nice pool. We initially booked for 4 persons in 1 room but a 5th person came with us. We asked for an extra bed, that was not a problem - after a couple of hours the 5th bed was in the room with extra charges (which are normal with breakfast included).

“Superb”
Very nice, helpful, very welcoming host. Comfortable beds, very clean, very good air conditioning, perfect location, nice swimming pool. A few minutes away by car to the beach, free parking everywhere, lots of restaurants and cafes. Beach clean, water superb. We visited beaches 30min away and those beaches overrated, packed nowhere to park. This property location just perfect, you can even walk to the beach. Lots of small pretty towns 30min away from this property. Would highly recommend.

had a lovely weekend with my family. We were 7 people with a baby and a dog. The owner Francesco, Giovanni, Valentina and the lady at the breakfast are very helpful and they are wonderful people. They tried their best to make our holiday the best .. they helped us so much! thank you a lot , definitely recommend 10/10, will visit again
