Nice and clean.

I booked and payed a family suite with nice photos. The first night the receptionist said there were no more suites left and made me stay in the economic room in basement next to the kitchen promising to move me the next day. The next day the other receptionist claimed I booked an economic room and that they were still being fully booked. When I showed him my reservation, the vacant family suite was immediately found, but he placed me to the smoking one though while booking this hotel I had got an answer from them that they had a non smoking room for me. It was difficult to sleep the second night because of the strong tabaco smell. The third night I asked to give me a non smoking suite and was moved to the suite where the bedroom window faced the noisy reception with 24 hours lights on. So once again I couldn't get enough sleep. The overall stay was disappointing. I was really tired and annoyed by packing and unpacking every day. I couldn't get a rest and do my things.

Nice clean room, big. No tabacoo smell. There is like a kitchen, but not kitchenware, even cups.

“Overall, it was a decent stay”

We had a pretty good stay. The room was clean. There was no AC, but the temperature was generally okay. We were a family of four with two kids (6 and 8 years old). The sofa wasn't set up for sleeping, there was a missing pillow, but overall the conditions were very good. The bathroom and shower were clean and functional. The staff were very friendly, from the front desk to the people serving breakfast and cleaning staff.

The receptionists were very kind, polite and helpful. The ladies at the kitchen were very kind too. The location is very nice, near to the bus station and one of the main mall in the city.
