The room was great but the staff here is what was next level. Yunus and Ozan on reception. Poyraz and Melda in the restaurant. Actually there wasnt a single staff member that didn't go out of their way to be helpful. Multiple people had great English skills which is rarer in this part of Turkiye. Location was great. Room was really comfy.

Good hotel, clean and big rooms. Good breakfast. Guys also helped with car parking. Additional thanks to receptionist Zarif explained all when I arrived and very good news that he speaks Russian and it is easier to solve all problems in your language 😉. Difficult to say anything about location as I came late evening and left after the breakfast

“Exceptional hotel with wonderful staff!”
Very kind and helpful staff, always ready to assist with anything we needed – from the receptionists to the wonderful butler Suleyman who helped us several times, as well as the housekeeping and restaurant teams. The hotel has an excellent location and offers great comfort. The breakfast selection is rich, with a beautiful view of the city from the top of the hotel. This hotel will definitely be our choice whenever we return to Isparta.

“Ok Hotel. Poor Staff Attitude at Breakfast Service”
In terms or hotel quality is decent. The bed is comfy, the rooms are well heated during winter and shower was strong. The reception staff is friendly. The breakfast okay ish, nothing to shout about. The location was central and close to everywhere in Isparta.
