This is a modern villa with three rooms to rent on the basement flow. Extremely clean and well decorated. Accommodated an earlier check in and picked me up from the train station. Also dropped me back to the station when I checked out which was greatly appreciated. Communication was great throughout. Has a shared lounge area and kitchen with coffee maker. Absolutely beautiful pool area. Very peaceful and just one block from the beach in a private gated road in the beach area of Isola delle Femmine. It’s about 20-30 minutes walk to the town from there but you have restaurants, cafes and some small shops close by to the apartment for supplies. Rooms are beautifully decorated and everything is immaculately clean. I personally prefer lots of natural light which my room did not have, with the light needing to be on even in the daytime to see things properly. It feels as though style has been prioritised over functionality within the rooms an example of this being absolutely nowhere to hang a towel on the bathroom and very little drawer space available. Bit overall a lovely and relaxing stay in peaceful surroundings.

This property was everything we were looking for to enjoy our first holiday in Italy - Emmanuele the owner was super helpful throughout our stay even took us into Palermo to see some sights ,this was above & beyond expectations but most certainly appreciated we even got to try the authentic taste of rice balls ( superb ) ,we will definately return 😀

We stayed there just for one night, but it was a very nice und comfy place. Check in was super fast and staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very newly renovated and nicely designed.

I had amazing 2 days at this place! My room was cozy, bathroom brand new and modern, swimming pool area is well maintained and has a beautiful palm trees. Hosts make me feel home and were incredibly kind and helpful, thank you guys! The location is perfect point to discover this part of Island with the car and parking is safe.

The villa is very clean and modern and close to the beach but still calm, the hosts are very friendly and helpful. Elisa even fetched us from the train station which we really appreciated! Snacks, coffee, drinks, umbrella and chairs for the beach were provided.

“An oasis of tranquility in a buzzing seaside resort”

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Villa Seven Palms. It was just what we needed for our holiday combining relaxation and exploration. Being so close to the beach and having non-stop access to the beautiful and quiet swimming pool area was a huge advantage. The property was also very clean, recently refurbished, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner, Emanuele, was very helpful and responsive, and so were his small team. I highly recommend Villa Seven Palms for an unforgettable holiday in a convenient location in Sicily.
