Excellent location, for cafes, restaurants, walks along the coast, (especially nice at sunset) only 8 mins walk from raiilway station to Palermo or airport. View of port from balcony. Clean, had everything you'd need for a few days. Very friendly helpful host (who likes to practise his english) who met us to help with our luggage.

Everything was perfect, specially the host he wait for us to arrive and gave us a full explanation and lot of recommendations. The room is really comfortable and clean. The location is perfect and there was always free parking places close to the house.

“Top class location.”
Fabrizio was an impeccable host. So helpful and flexible with our late arrival. Free parking outside the door. Easy walk to train station to Palermo. Cafe Valentina around the corner by the sea is lovely for breakfast. The main piazza was nice and had a lovely pizzeria. Grazie Mille Fabrizio.

Cute room with a beautiful view of the sea :) Even with an umbrella for the balcony, very thoughtful :) and in the hearth of a very cute little town, it is calm and relaxing, delicious food on every corner :) Fresh fish market is literally down the street, but no smell in the room thankfully :) Short walk from the accommodation, you can see the Sun set into the sea :) We recommend 2 restaurants near by - Godiva and Vitaly, amazing food and great service :) Really recommend this place

“Wonderful room and kind host!”
We had a wonderful time at Fabrizios! We loved the location in the center of Isola de Femmine in walking distance to the train station and the beach. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed (including a microwave, some plates/cutlery and a coffee machine). We were able to leave our luggage since we had a flight later in the day. Communication with Fabrizio was great and he was very helpful! The room was perfect for our short stay on the way to the airport but we would definitely come back for a longer stay since we enjoyed it so much!

“Exceptional Host and Seaside Retreat”
Host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Despite our delayed flight, he waited for us until 2 am, guided us to parking, and provided a detailed overview of the surroundings. Parking around the accommodation was hassle-free, and waking up to a seaside view was a delight. You can even enjoy your meals accompanied by the soothing sound of the waves. I couldn't find anything to complain about. A perfect 10/10!
