Quiet, functional and comfortable appartment

“Great!”

It was clean, nicely furnished and nautically decorated with comfy beds (one uk double and the other was a queen size - 2 singles together). Good quality mattresses as well - we slept very well. An excellent location, quiet area, 1 min from rocky beach and 5 mins to the local fishing village. Really local and reasonable restaurants, particularly the main square - all of our meals out were good. Also about 10 mins walk is the train station with really efficient and cheap trains to Palermo and local stations. We also cooked and had all we needed to make a good meal - lots of kitchenware etc. All in all it surpassed our expectations and we had a very comfortable and enjoyable break. Recommend the sights of Palermo, especially the Palazze Realle and street markets. Monreale and Segesta amazing and worth visiting if you can. Very happy 😊

Facilities, location, helpful and kind owner. In the apartment you have everything that you need and more. It is very clean and the location is close to the nice beach. It is also perfect if you have a flight next day couse it is close (15min) to the airport.

When we enterd this appartement, we knew right away, right now our seaside vacation is about to begin. Beautiful design that is thought out down to the smallest detail. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing chilling vacation. It's separate rooms can comfortably accommodate four people. In our case, such a feature came in useful for us, as I snore a lot at night. Otherwise I can mention the excellent location, everything is very close: a long beach in Capaci with beautiful sunsets, morning fish market, where you can always buy the freshest fish from the first hand, restaurants, pizzerias, markets. Please note: the market of clothes and peasant products is open near the gas station next to the port only on Thursdays. So overall our summary: we arrived in a good mood and this good mood didn't get any worse for a minute. Our very best recommendations! Would love to come back here again.

“Cockroaches and building works nearby made our stay uncomfortable”

Isola delle Femine is not a very attractive place: there is rubbish everywhere. We saw a nearby structure burning down with no fire engine in sight. The apartment itself is OK but one room doesn't have a window and there were load building works in the building opposite. Finally, there were red and yellow cockroaches in the kitchen and the living area.
