Great location for the slope. Buffet had a great selection of food. Beer and drinks on all-inclusive was good.

“Very enjoyable and we will stay again. Perfect or family or groups of friends!”
Twin room was good for mother and 10yr old daughter for skiing holiday. Enough space for cupboard, luggage rack, mini fridge, Tv, etc. all inclusive was worth it to make it easier for daughter daughter

“Perfect stay!”
The hotel was located in a very nice place. We enjoyd the dinner, breakfast and lunch. It’s really good value of money! Also a lot to do around the hotel.

The hotel is well-located, although the entrance is inside the commercial gallery so is not easy to find first time. The breakfast was varied and kept well-supplied. Coffee machine and capsules supplied in the room (but no milk/creamer or tea)

“Horrible, I could not sleep there, I stayed at a friend's apartment. I paid though...”
The "hotel" is filthy, everywhere in public areas, elevator, room, bathroom, you can see dirt and mold. Carpets teared and stink. Staff random seasonal amateurs. Bed linens are not washed from the previous guests, full of hair. The room key cards don't work, I went up and down 5 times and the staff knows this.

Typical ski resort hotel, excellent central location in resort; staff were very friendly and catering was very good with excellent buffet options at all meals.

The evening buffet was available on site without having to register. It was very extensive for €25 uplift with a white, red and rose wine and unlimited other drinks. At breakfast you could have packed a lunch for free. The room was litle but comfortable.

“Very good value for the money and excellent location”
Excellent staff ! Very friendly and helpful. Rooms on the smaller side but good shower and even a fridge. The buffet dinner exceeded our expectations and the gesture to allow guests to pack their own lunch from the breakfast buffet was very much appreciated since everyone could pick what they liked from the buffet.

“Not a hotel for summer guests”
The Pizza we bought from a place in the shopping centre was the highlight of the trip. You can't get anything to eat if you arrive after 20:00.
