“Wonderful”
The room was spacious, the balcony also large and with a nice view of the pool, the pool was heated, perfect, and we had included kayak and bicycle rental, it was great, and the lady in the office wonderful ✨

“I definitely do not recommend”
There were people standing in the pool all day, having a lot of fun and drinking alcohol and smoking right in the pool from morning to evening. In the afternoon, many of them were already very drunk and made inappropriate comments about my partner. For this reason, we left this accommodation one day early.

“We were very happy here”
We were surprised coming from Europe that ‘resort’ was as it was. We expected an office that didn’t close at 4 pm and food on site so the first thing we had to do was find a supermarket. Now we know better it was probably as good as you get. We had room 301 which was brilliant in that it had a bar and stools overlooking what turned out to be a very stormy sea.

Overall, the hotel is quite good. However, I must point out that the glass on the tables was a bit dangerous, as it had sharp edges. The balcony door lock never worked. The place was fairly clean, and the location was good. The staff, however, was terrible. I arrived on time for check-in, but there was no one in the office. On the day of check-out, a receptionist knocked on my door at 10 AM, telling me I had to leave the hotel. When I checked my Booking reservation on my phone, it stated that check-out was between 10 and 11 AM. I showed it to her, and her response was that the information on Booking was wrong and that they needed to update it because check-out was actually at 10 AM. The woman was rude and impolite, making my family and me feel very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn’t want to go through the unpleasant experience my family and I had because of this lady, who didn’t even apologize for something they should have sorted out with Booking.

“Pleasant and comfortable.”
The unit has high quality furnishings. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was small but nicely appointed. Kitchen was equipped well with utensils and appliances. Pool area is great. Lovely patio area with outside seating. The use of the property's bicycles was great (Bicycles do need some repairs though).

“Great stay would recommend”
Location was perfect for us, great facilities. Unfortunately when we stayed it was very windy so we couldn't take advantage of the canoes and the bikes. Pool clean and good temperature, really liked the extras, hammocks, play area, games, laundry room. There were four of us and we found the apartment very comfortable and suited our needs. All the staff we met were friendly, the owner was very helpful and went out of her way to solve any issues. Wish we could have stayed longer!

“If we would have the chance, we would definetely be back”
Wonderful location, super friendly staff and very nice renewed apartments. The use of bikes and kayak is a great great plus, and the palms with the coconuts give you a tropical feeling. Lovely pool and quite close to Anne's beach

Beautiful property and room was gorgeous and clean and bed was so comfy. Staff were as so friendly and accommodating.
