We waited 1 hour 30 minutes to check in, even though we arrived at 4 pm, the room was not ready. The room was dirty. The breakfast was terrible. We paid $400 for the room, it was worse than average. When we asked for a discount because we waited so long with two children, we were told to call booking.

Pool villa, very spacious, staff very friendly. Breakfast was good, no gluten free options but publix supermarket close and can get gluten free stuff there. Pool was ok, free bikes and kayaks to use. Great location. Quiet area.

“DO NOT BOOK – especially if on business”
This hotel has scammed me and lied to me. They will not give you a receipt, stating that it would “look weird because you booked over booking.com”. I never had an issue like that before. They’ll claim that it would “violate their contract with booking.com”, which is a boldfaced lie. I have been trying to get the receipt for my stay for a month, but they keep lying to me. I do however appreciate the comedic genius that decided to send me the receipt containing a scam smoking fee instead of the receipt for my actual stay. I am a nonsmoker. They said they had “evidence” that they would send me. They never did. This is just another scam.
