A very professionally run establishment. Daily cleanup was very efficient and elaborate. Junaid and Zeeshan were very helpful hosts. Facilities were complete.

On my second visit to this Executive Suites, I encountered significant issues with the staff’s lack of cooperation. The suites provided were noticeably smaller than those previously booked. Notably, the bedrooms lacked armchairs, and only one bedside table was provided. Furthermore, the staff concealed the living room AC control, despite my request to turn on the air conditioning. This was due to a management order that mandated the AC to remain off, even in the extremely hot weather. The staff’s behaviour throughout the visit was consistently poor and contributed to a generally uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.

The initial visit was satisfactory. The room was spacious, and both bedroom and living room AC were operational, and the staff were well-welcome. However, the establishment is slightly out of the centre of Islamabad and the airport, which adds to the travel time to reach the city.

One bed apartment was so good, cleanliness was excellent, peaceful atmosphere. Value for money.

All the staff are courteous and respectful in their behavior. I would especially like to thank Mr. Shani, whose manners and cooperation have made my family prefer staying at Trivelles. It is the best option value for money.

Very easy process and amazing staff clean modern facilities with amazing AC and super comfortable mattress.

Very good experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. And the room was neat and clean and best for the couples. And if u have child so don’t worry about it. Everything was very excellent.
