Neat and clean spacious rooms, cooperative staff

Great service from the staff day and night. Clean and tidy rooms, great facilities and location. Our overall experience was great. We did not experience anything negative during our stay. This is the second time we have stayed at SK residence and on both occasions, the experience has been good.

The place has everything you’d want for a comfy stay. The house was clean and amazing.staff was good ,friendly,cooperative and helpful☺️it was third time i stay there Highly recommended 🙌🏻

Sk needs renovation all rooms n washroom. Washroom are smelly.

I visited this property second time due to my first good experience, but this time service were not upto the mark rooms were not ready, and room service were below standard. Manager atleast should visit property once in a day.

I had a wonderful stay here, The services were absolutely superb from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, always with a friendly and professional attitude. The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. It was also immaculate – neat, clean, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to return to after a day out. The attention to detail in both the cleanliness and comfort of the room truly stood out. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of excellent service and top-notch room quality made my stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel, and I’ll certainly be back in the future!

This is an amazing place that is much more than ‘just’ a hotel. First of all, the room was really nice and comfortable. More importantly, the owner is beyond kind. He really helped me when I felt sick, got me medicine and let me stay way past checkout time so I could rest before getting on a bus. The area is nice and quiet too and you have everything you need (supermarket, restaurants) around. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were very nice and polite Host was always available for anything I needed. Breakfast was made fresh, and the daily mineral water bottle was a very nice gesture. The area was very good as well; closer to all sorts of shops and restaurants.
