Its a small guest house located in residential area. For short stay for one night it is ok. The guest house have all the basic facilities.

“Do not stay here. False marketing.”
Not exactly what was presented in the pictures. Extremely basic setup, no proper phone, or any other amenities. Mini bar was empty. Nothing basic provided. Really shocked to see. Would never visit again.

“Pleasant enough but property needs a bit of TLC”
Breakfast was ok. Not much choice but the fried eggs and paratha were cooked well. Room was large. Good location for F6 and F7 markets. Aswell as other sites.

“Lovely place to stay”
The location of the guest house is very central and is close to all the sightseeing points. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff ws very attentive.

“Exceptional”
There are many good things about the property. As a foreign traveler, it is sometimes hard to adapt but the staff made it easy. In short, the staff is super friendly and helpful mainly Mr Mujahid, the location is exceptional as everything is just few hundred meters away and the property is clean, well equipped, and cosy. I highly recommend for families and international travelers!

It's a nice family hotel with spacious on suite rooms, nice and clean rooms. Staff are co-operative polite and kind. Everything is beyond expectation. Excellent service received from the staffs. It's been a enjoyable stay here, location is great . Waking distance to shops supermarkets and restaurants .The hotel it self caters nice breakfast and food. I would like to say a big thank you to the hotel manger for allowing us to stay longer than expected without extra cost. I Highly recommend Royal Grace, as we had a wonderful stay here.
