I had an issue with my room and staff were so efficient and helpful. I was given an alternative room and the staff were warm and helpful throughout my stay so I ended up staying longer! Will definitely return in the future! The rooms are very fancy, spacious and comparable to the top hotels in the city.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t fault this hotel at all. All of the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, which really made the experience special. A huge thank you to Farid on reception, who genuinely looked after me and my brother throughout our stay — nothing was too much trouble and his care really stood out. Breakfast was amazing with great quality and variety, and a special mention must go to Faheem, who served breakfast in the mornings and was extremely attentive to everyone’s needs. The rooms were clean and spotless, and the shower in our room was amazing with very strong water pressure — definitely one of the best we’ve had in a hotel.

I am surprised how I missed this gem over so many years whenever I planned a visit to Islamabad. It feels like a mini 5-Star hotel. From check-in onwards, everything is well organized. The front desk staff is extremely polite and professional, and the entire check-in process took no more than three minutes. The lobby, room, and corridors are clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent, both in variety and taste. On top of everything, they upgraded me from a Deluxe King Room to a Suite and also extended my checkout time by a few hours due to my delayed flight. However, my recommendation is not based on these courtesies. Highly recommended for families.
