I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from [2 September - 4 September 2024]. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected, and I am compelled to request a full refund due to several issues that made my stay uncomfortable and unsafe. Moreover, the cleanliness of the room was extremely disappointing. The bed, sheets, and chairs were visibly dirty and stained, which is completely unacceptable. These conditions not only made my stay uncomfortable but also left me concerned about hygiene and health standards at your establishment. Given these significant issues, I believe it is reasonable to request a full refund for my stay. I hope you will consider this request seriously and respond promptly. Good location very clean and comfortable rooms. We had a short trip of about 5hrs for that we have been given 50% discount which is great hospitality. Staff were cooperative and well trained. Everything was good.
