“We enjoyed our stay we had our dog with us and everyone was very nice it is very much a family place”
The flat was clean and comfortable near the town and beaches staff were very helpful they even cleaned and changed the sheets after our first week, but we did not get any fresh towels after that maybe you have to ask we were there for 3 weeks.

The staff are really helpful and friendly. Free, secure parking was a plus. The Wi-Fi was very good. Great location, the area is beautiful.

“A little gem in the most beautiful suroundings--10 ot of 10!!!!”
The apartment was comfortable with great outside space. The parking was free and the pool was excellent. The beaches and good restaurants were all within easy walking distance. I must mention staff. Jose(I think was deputy manager)and Alba the receptionist were so friendly and extremely helpful. The are a real creedit to Los Arces and deligfhtful people!!

“The best hotel in Isla and Noja without doubt”
The hotel was a short walk from the beaches in both Isla and Noja as well as the supermarket should you need anything and various bars and restaurants. The rooms were clean when we arrived and the WiFi was very strong as well. The kitchens had all the cutlery and pottery cleaned and ready to use as soon as we arrived which was very important for us as a group as we wanted to cook our own food but you can also buy food at reasonable prices downstairs. Check-in desks have staff available 24/7 to support you. I'd like to give a special thank you to Alba, Robert and all the staff at Los Arces for being so kind and helpful whenever we needed anything whether it was extra toiletries or restaurant recommendations or directions to the bus station. Their enthusiasm for the place made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable for us and if I come back to this town I'd definitely book with them again.

The location of the apartments is very covenient. It's two streets away from the supermarket, restaurants, the bank, local shops and the beach. There are several beaches nearby and all with clean transparent waters. The apartments have two pools, one for little kids and one for adults and they are both very clean and tidy. At the back of the pool, there is a park area for kids to play. The staff were pleasant and there is always somebody at the reception and there is wi-fi. The apartment was clean and had TV in the living room and in the bedroom. The apartments have their own parking so it is very handy. We had a very nice time and we hope to go back soon!
