Location! Right in the center. Close to playa Norte. Staff was very nice always smiling and preparing coffee for guests since very early morning. Shared area to have breakfast and share drinks small fridge in the room

“A comfortable stay”

The hotel is very centrally located and just a short walk from the port, in a peaceful and quiet street. It also offers a shared kitchen and dining area available throughout the day, along with complimentary coffee and tea to start the morning on a warm note, also offering guests beach towels. Our room was pleasant, spacious, and well-equipped with good facilities. Overall, we had a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The staff were very helpful with my late check in. The location was excellent, close to beaches and restaurants.

Great location near the beaches and restaurant district but quiet. Comfy bed hot water and fridge. Great staff. Seems to cater for the older regulars but all very friendly . Would definitely stay here again

It was close to the beach, they have cutlery you can use and you can get coffee downstairs.

Everything was great. AC was good. The room had s’l the facilities. They gave me beach towels. The price was good. The ladies there were awesome and helpful. The location was was amazing minutes away from the beach and down town.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the air-conditioner was great (Air con is absolutely essential in Isla mujeres because it's hot! Just having a fan doesn't cut it). The shower was great. The location was perfect! Short walk to the ferry, the best beach on the island (Playa Norte) and the main strip with shops, restaurants, nightlife, yet it's far enough to be quiet at night. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location - close to the Port and the North Beach. But at the same time it’s not a main street so it’s A LOT quieter. Perfectly clean - room maintained every day. The service is very kind and helpful.
