The same as my last reaction. I extended my stay because the island is amazing but after a few nights the airco stopped working at our room, they cut electricity and water for maintenance. I keep saying the staff is amazing because they were.

Lovely beachfront hostel, stayed in a private room with private bathroom and it felt just like a hotel! Bed was extremely comfortable, room was clean and air con worked perfectly. Staff were very friendly in the front restaurant and bar.

Incredibly relaxing. Beautiful location with great amenities and staff! Fresh towel available for exchange. We had a private room and bathroom and it was lovely. A good shower and very comfy bed. Definitely try taco place nearby los burritos.

The location is wonderful, super close to the beach. There are yoga classes every morning overlooking the sea. The dorms are quite intimate with a little curtain for each bed

Great location in Isla Mujeres Playa Norte, with private beach. Friendly staff and comfortable accomodation. Yoga classes, beach volley, coworking space and scuba diving activities definiytely a plus

The location is good if you stay in the north of the island. The kitchen is clean and taken care of. Bathrooms / showers are also clean. There are places to relax at the beach. Many options actually to sit / stay. I liked that the blanket was kind of thick so to not suffer from AC.

SHOCKING NEGLIGENCE: Passports kept after 1-night stay & 260km detour! > I am writing this to warn other travelers about the absolute lack of professionalism at Nílu Isla Mujeres. We stayed for only one night, and this short stay ended up costing us an entire vacation day and over 110 USD in avoidable expenses. > Upon check-in, the receptionist took our passports for scanning but failed to return them. Despite staying only one night, passing the desk multiple times, and checking out in person, the staff never mentioned our documents. We only realized they were missing when we tried to check into our next hotel in Tulum. > The worst parts: > * Zero Accountability: We tried calling the hotel multiple times from Tulum to resolve the issue, but no one ever picked up the phone. > * Massive Loss: We were forced to drive back the entire way from Tulum to Isla Mujeres (a 260 km round trip) and pay 70 USD for ferry tickets just to get our legal documents back. They were simply sitting in a compartment at the front desk. > * Security Risk: Leaving original passports in an unsecured area without contacting the guests (who left their phone number and email) is a gross violation of a hotel's duty of care. > We have requested a full reimbursement of our 110 USD for ferry and fuel costs caused by their negligence

Had a good vibe and feel to it and a good location

It is a big hostel.And the crew is doing a great job to keep it in great shape. All facilities are very clean, the beds are comfortable. I read some reviews that there is loud music till 3am but while I was there for three days this never happened. The location is great to walk to playa central and norte.
