“Luxurious Hotel with Brilliant Service”

The staff were very attentive and helpful, and made the stay so special for us. We really felt cared for, and made the experience so much more luxurious. The surroundings were also incredibly beautiful. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds, many different bars with fast service, and live music entertainment every afternoon. We also had multiple massages, all of which really helped with both mine and my partners muscular tension. The location of the hotel was also fantastic - right next to all the restaurants and shops. The food and service in both the beach club and the Sabor restaurant was delicious (particularly the seafood) and the breakfast had the largest selection we had ever seen. The beach club in particular is so special with gorgeous sunset views, and fire dancing on the sunday night which was a real highlight of our trip! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Isla Mujeres!

“Beach paradise with fantastic service”

Couldn’t be a more stunning location. On the tip of the island (Playa Centro side), a few meters round the corner from Plata Norte. Playa Norte has very limited beach space whereas this hotel is on a huge expanse of sand leading out to the same pristine sea. We spent every day in the beach club. It’s incredible with amazing service. You can also book a Bali bed / cabana if you like (email guest experience or book when you get there). We had the à la carte breakfast on the beach every day which was also amazing. Lots of choice and beautiful views. We were breakfast only, perfectly ok as there are so many amazing places to eat on the island. The beach is full of locals. It’s wonderful. Hotel also had a nice pool though we didn’t use it. Rooms: big, cold, comfy. We upgraded to a hot tub room. Wouldn’t recommend as the city view rooms are VERY NOISY. Better off a smaller room on the inside of the hotel over the pool as that also had sunset views and was much quieter. Service (especially once you got to know the staff) was excellent. Understandably, the staff had favourites (regulars) and served them faster. Tip big, the staff deserve it, they are incredible. Big shout out to San, Jose and Alejandro. They also arranged a bottle of fizz and rose petals in our room

“Great hotel and location”

The beach and pool were great! The staff was very nice.

Staff is very welcoming and accommodating, room was comfortable and we had a balcony with a nice view. The beach club is very good, on most days we did not have to fight for a place (maybe 1 day out of 9). If you want a beach vacation it is perfect. Location is very good, it’s a small island so you are near everything.

Location was amazing. The hotel’s location on the western end of Playa Norte meant the beach was less crowded and clean. Sand and water was immaculate. Spiro on the edge of town, so everything is walkable.

An excellent choice thanks to its unbeatable location on Isla Mujeres and its beautiful beach club, which made relaxing easy and enjoyable. The breakfast was consistently great, offering a strong start to each day, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. A special mention goes to Michel, Dario, and Jose, who truly stood out by going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Their attentiveness and professionalism made a noticeable difference in our stay.

The beach club location, service and food were excellent. The staff were attentive and incredibly friendly during our stay. The room was clean and we enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi on our balcony.

We had a perfect stay from the moment we arrived. Everything was amazing, the staff was kind, the food was delicious and the best Cocktails. We would like to return soon, Thank you very much <3
