Isla Mujeres is amazing! Large rooms, but fridges are not included unless you ask. We asked, still didn't get one. Restaurant staff was pretty good. Taxis always available. Very quiet part of the island, and quiet hotel. Price is good.

“A joke of a hotel in a fabulous location.”

The beachfront location was beautiful. The breakfast was extremely poor, hence we ate out every day, aside from the first morning's breakfast. On the last day, just before check-out, ordered a hotdog for lunch by the pool. Nobody else was eating. It arrived cold 25 minutes later, along with the French fries which were dry and looked like they had been sitting for days. When I went to approach one of the staff re the delay, I could not get his attention as he was playing cards on the computer at the bar.

The hotel is amazing. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel facilities are great, and the staff was truly lovely — friendly, polite, and attentive.

The staff, the grounds and pool, it’s in a quieter location but still only a short golf cart ride to the main strip. The hotel upgraded us to an ocean view room and that was amazing.

Everything. Good location (far from the center but very quite with private beach. With a golf cart, which I believe is a must to go around in the island, you’ll be perfect). Staff is very friendly.

Amazing value for money, friendly staff and beautiful beach! Food could be hit and miss at times but not bad enough to ruin your holiday,for the price this is everything you would expect and more! Hotel is immaculate, bright and modern with spacious rooms and luxurious bedding. Shoutout to Hulio, Candy and team for making it such a good vibe and being so accommodating. My partner has a food allergy and they really tried their best to look after us and they did so well! They remembered our names on the first day which is a nice touch! Would definitely recommend to family and friends

Fabulous hotel and incredibly helpful staff.

The facilities, the restaurant, the staff, the quiet, the fact that we had constant access to clean towels for the pool and the beach.

The location was great and the staff was exceptional with service at the pool and for each meal. The front desk helped us to rent a golf cart which worked out great. Each meal was a high lite to our stay, amazing breakfast buffet with many healthy selections to choose from. Thank you to everyone who made this stay a great memory for us. We would highly recommend this location for anyone stay at Isla Mujeres.
